Planned Water Outage:   

Date: Monday, October 26, 2026
Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 

Where: Church Road west of Wight Lane, Peters Street, Rodney Road, Wills Ln, Turley Rd, Daisy Ln, Woods Drive, and Woods Court. 

This interruption is necessary to complete important infrastructure improvements and maintain reliable water service.  Customers are encouraged to store sufficient water in advance for drinking, cooking, and other essential needs during the scheduled interruption.

From time to time, WWA will use an automated phone calling system to provided important notifications.  These calls will appear on your caller ID as (949) 996-0043.  We recommend adding this number to your phone as "Warren Water Automated Calling" so you can easily recognize our automated calls.

2026 Projects Captial Improvements - Start Date:  September 28, 2026

 The contractors will start with the Turley Road 6" main replacement project on September 28, 2026.  The contractors will replace the Turley Road water main from Church Road to Daisy Lane.  Residents on Turley Road, Daisy Lane, Woods Drive, and Woods Court will experience traffic interruptions during this project.  

We will issue water shut-off notices 24 hours in advance unless an emergency requires immediate action.  Please call the office at (503)397-3280 if you have concerns or would like more information.  

• Turley Rd main replacement - 1,305 feet of 6" main.  (Church Rd to Daisy Lane)

• Berg Rd to Hwy 30 - 560 feet of 8" to loop main and seal highway crossing.  (Crest Drive to Columbia River Hwy)

• Oester Rd main replacement - 770 feet of 2" main.

• Turley Rd pressure reducing vault - vault to be installed between 2026-2028.

2026 Completed Projects:

• Replace the Panorama Well Pump & pipe 

• Lower pressure zone pressure relief valve

• Paint Church and Panorama Reservoirs. 

2025 Completed Projects: 

• Rodney Road main upsize completed. 

• 2025 Small Main Replacements -  Hill Court - 265 feet,  McCoy Estates - 920 feet, Daisy Lane - 500 feet, Viewcrest Place - 340 feet;  Pollard Drive - 800 feet are completed.

Backflow Testing  September - October 2026 

Backflow testing will continue through the summer.  About 30% of WWA members have a backflow device.  If you have a backflow device, you can expect up to a 15-minute interruption during the backflow test.

 A backflow prevention device protects the water supply from contamination by preventing backflow.    Backflow prevention devices have internal parts that can wear out; the OHA requires these devices to be tested annually. OAR 333-061-0070(5)

Lead Line Survey Completed:  Over the last three years, WWA has visually inspected all water service lines at the meter connection.  NO lead lines were found on the WWA water system.  You can view results with the linked spreadsheet.

• Bills are mailed via postcard format

• Please set up your portal account, enabling:   

- Access to your bill

- Sign up for alerts via voice or email

- Sign up for email billing (paperless)

- Sign up for ACH Auto-Draft 

- View usage history

• With WWA's portal, payments can be made with your checking account  (NO visa or debit)

• All payments will say pending until they are drafted on the  7th and 20th of each month. * 

  • Online payments made 18th through 4th will be processed on the 7th of each month. 

  • Online payments made 5th through 17th will be processed on the 20th of the month.

  • *Processing may be delayed up to 2 days if the 7th and/or 20th falls on a holiday or weekend.

  • Payments returned for NSF, closed accounts, or accounts not found will be charged a $30 bank fee.
