System Flushing

April 13-17, 2026
Flushing starts each day at 8:30 AM, and service interruptions can last up to 15 minutes
during the actual flushing. 

Monday – April 13, 2026:  Church Rd west of Hazen, Turley Rd, Woods Dr, Woods Ct, Hazen Rd north of Church Rd, upper half of Rodney St

Tuesday – April 14, 2026: Bennett Rd, Morse Rd, Legacy Ln, Church Rd east of Hazen Rd, Country Villa, Evergreen Ln, Raasee Ln and Plantation Dr,  Viewcrest Dr, Cedar Springs Dr, Oester Rd, Hazen Rd south of Church Rd, lower half Rodney St. and upper Filbert Ln 

Wednesday – April 15, 2026:  Fullerton Rd, Mazour Dr, Bradley and Wayne St, Slavens Rd, Tarbell Rd, Shamrock Ln, Maracci, Slavens Way,  Gardenview Dr, Ketrenos Way, and Highway 30 south of Slavens Rd, lower Filbert Ln 

Thursday – April 16, 2026: Berg Rd, Cascade View, Hill and Crest St, Maple Terrace, Old Portland Rd, and Highway 30 north of Slavens Rd, McCoy Est, McGary Ln & any additional flushing that is needed.

Friday – April 17, 2026: Any additional flushing that may be needed.

Water entering the distribution mains is of very high quality; however, water quality can deteriorate in areas of the distribution mains over time. Water main flushing is the cleaning of the interior of water distribution mains by forcing a rapid flow of water through them. Flushing maintains and improves water quality by removing sediments and ensures the system is in good working condition. If you have questions or if water discoloration lasts beyond this week, please call the Warren Water Association office at (503) 397-3280.

WWA system-wide flushing will be in April 2026.  Please check back for updates with exact dates for each road/area.

• Replace the Panorama Well Pump & pipe 

2025 Completed Projects: 

• Rodney Road main upsize has been completed. 

• Small Main Replacements -  Hill Court - 265 feet,  McCoy Estates - 920 feet, Daisy Lane - 500 feet, Viewcrest Place - 340 feet;  Pollard Drive - 800 feet mains have been completed.

 Backflow Testing:   will start summer of 2026 About 30% of WWA members have a backflow device.  If you have a backflow device you could expect up to a 15 minute interruption during the backflow test.

 A backflow prevention device protects the water supply from contamination by preventing the reversal of water flow.    Backflow prevention devices have internal parts that can wear out, the OHA requires these devices to be tested annually. OAR 333-061-0070(5)

Lead Line Survey Completed:  Over the last three years, WWA has visually inspected all water service lines at the meter connection.  NO lead lines were found on the WWA water system.  You can view results with the linked spreadsheet.

• All payments will say pending until they are drafted on the  7th and 20th of each month. * 

  • Online payments made 18th through 4th will be processed on the 7th of each month. 

  • Online payments made 5th through 17th will be processed on the 20th of the month.

  • *Processing may be delayed up to 2 days if the 7th and/or 20th falls on a holiday or weekend.

  • Payments returned for NSF, closed accounts, or accounts not found will be charged a $30 bank fee.
